Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be confident in your order. Because of the nature of research materials, some limitations apply.

Nature of the goods

For safety, integrity and contamination reasons, opened or used vials and containers cannot be accepted for return or resale.

Damaged, incorrect or lost items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, or your order is lost in transit, contact us within 14 days of delivery (or of the expected delivery date) at infopurechems@gmail.com. Please include your order number and, where relevant, the batch number and photographs. We will arrange a replacement or a refund.

EU right of withdrawal

Where applicable, consumers in the EU may have a statutory right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days. This right does not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed. To exercise a valid withdrawal, items must be unused, unopened and returned in their original condition and packaging.

Refund method & timing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, normally within 14 days of us approving the return or receiving the returned goods.

Non-returnable items

Opened items, and any items marked as final sale, are non-returnable except where they arrived damaged, incorrect, or defective.

How to start a return

Email infopurechems@gmail.com with your order number and reason. Do not send items back before contacting us — unauthorised returns may not be refunded.
