These Terms govern your use of the PureChems website and your purchase of products from us. By placing an order you agree to these Terms.

1. Research use only

All products are sold strictly as research chemicals and reference materials for in-vitro laboratory and research use only. They are not for human or animal consumption and are not drugs, foods, dietary supplements, cosmetics or medical devices. We make no medical, therapeutic or diagnostic claims about any product.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and a qualified buyer purchasing for lawful research or analytical purposes. By ordering, you confirm that this is the case.

3. Legal compliance

You are solely responsible for knowing and complying with all laws, regulations and import rules that apply to you. Some products may be controlled, restricted or prohibited in certain countries. PureChems does not provide legal advice and does not warrant that any product is lawful in your jurisdiction.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the products, not to resupply them for prohibited uses, and to handle, store and dispose of them safely and in accordance with good laboratory practice.

5. Orders, pricing & availability

Prices are shown in EUR. We may refuse, cancel or limit any order at our discretion, including where we suspect misuse, fraud, or a pricing or description error.

6. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

Products are provided “as is” for research use. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PureChems is not liable for any harm, loss or damage arising from the misuse, mishandling, or unlawful use of the products. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including your statutory consumer rights.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic and applicable EU law.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page applies to your order.
