This policy explains how and when your order is processed and shipped by PureChems.

Order processing

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment has cleared. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Shipping methods & delivery times

We ship with tracked services across the European Union. Estimated delivery is usually 3–10 business days within the EU after dispatch, depending on destination and carrier. These are estimates, not guarantees.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

Discreet packaging

All orders are sent in plain, discreet packaging with no indication of the contents on the outside.

Tracking

Once your order ships, a tracking number is provided so you can follow its progress.

Customs, import & legality

For international orders, any customs duties, taxes or import fees are the responsibility of the buyer. The buyer is solely responsible for confirming that the ordered items may be lawfully imported into their country. Some products may be restricted or prohibited in certain jurisdictions.

Lost, delayed or damaged shipments

If your order has not arrived within a reasonable time, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date at infopurechems@gmail.com and we will investigate and help resolve it.

Incorrect address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly provided address.
