Description
CJC-1295 without DAC, also sold as Mod GRF 1-29, comes here as 5 mg of lyophilized powder in a glass vial. An independent lab confirms at least 99% purity by HPLC and mass spectrometry, and every batch has a Certificate of Analysis (COA).
What is CJC-1295 no DAC (Mod GRF 1-29)?
It is a modified version of the first 29 amino acids of growth hormone releasing hormone (GHRH), the shortest part of GHRH that keeps its full activity. Four amino acids are swapped, at positions 2, 8, 15 and 27, to protect the peptide from enzymes such as DPP-4. Unmodified GRF(1-29) lasts only minutes, the modified version around 30 minutes. It is the short-acting form of CJC-1295, without the albumin-binding DAC group.
- Growth hormone axis: the GHRH receptor on pituitary somatotroph cells and pulsed GH release.
- Secretagogue pairing: combined with ghrelin receptor agonists such as Ipamorelin to study how the two pathways work together.
- IGF-1: the downstream IGF-1 response in animal models.
Lab and animal results cannot be applied directly to humans. Our overview of growth hormone secretagogues puts CJC-1295 next to the other peptides of this group.
CJC-1295 no DAC or CJC-1295 DAC?
Both share the same modified GRF(1-29) sequence. The DAC version adds a lysine with a linker that binds albumin in the blood, which stretches the half-life from about 30 minutes to several days. Studies on short GH pulses use the no DAC form, studies on steady, long exposure use DAC. We also carry the Ipamorelin + CJC-1295 mix, and our article on Ipamorelin and CJC-1295 research explains the combination.
Buy CJC-1295 no DAC: quality, storage and shipping
Every batch is made in a controlled cleanroom. Mass spectrometry confirms the identity of the peptide and HPLC confirms its purity. Our guide on how to read a peptide COA explains what each value on the certificate means.
Store the powder at 2 to 8 °C and away from light, and keep any reconstituted solution in the fridge. For dissolving the powder in the lab we carry bacteriostatic water. Orders ship discreetly with tracking across the EU, and you can pay by card, Google Pay or crypto.
Questions about CJC-1295 no DAC
Is Mod GRF 1-29 the same as CJC-1295 no DAC?
Yes. Both names describe the same peptide, which is also called tetrasubstituted GRF(1-29).
How is it different from Tesamorelin?
Tesamorelin is a GHRH analog too, but it uses the full 44 amino acid chain with a small chemical group added at its start. Mod GRF 1-29 uses only the first 29 amino acids.
