Description
DSIP nasal spray for research: 5 mg of delta sleep-inducing peptide dissolved in 10 ml saline (about 90% NaCl, a little bacteriostatic water to preserve it), in a 10 ml amber glass bottle with a nasal spray pump. An independent lab confirms at least 99% purity by HPLC and mass spectrometry, and a Certificate of Analysis (COA) comes with every batch.
What is DSIP?
DSIP, international name emideltide, is a nonapeptide with the sequence Trp-Ala-Gly-Gly-Asp-Ala-Ser-Gly-Glu. It was first isolated from rabbit cerebral venous blood in the 1970s during sleep research and was named for its reported effect on delta-wave sleep in animals. No single receptor for DSIP has been firmly established, so current work treats it as a research tool for sleep architecture and stress physiology rather than as a ligand for one known target.

The nasal spray
This bottle holds a larger volume than the 5 ml sprays: 5 mg in 10 ml, so 0.5 mg/ml. One press delivers about 0.12 ml, about 60 mcg of DSIP, and the bottle holds about 80 sprays. No reconstitution is needed. Keep it cold and upright.
